As in the Houston case of issuing subpoenas for pastors' preaching notes, the intention is to intimidate and force acceptance of a belief foreign to or opposed by another person or party. The tragic part of this is that our courts are so screwed up at this point that they are bestowing favorable rulings for such idiocy.
